About Weather Hazard Android App
This Application consumes GIS services from NOAA/nowCOAST and MARN El Salvador to display real time data about weather conditions, specially rain as it influences hazard susceptibility to landslides and floodings.
The Application allows its users to report incidents of floodings and landslides, this information can be used by local authorities to take mitigation actions, urban planning, etc.
This Application has been developed in the context of the GEO Appathon 2014.
