Weather Web uses DarkSky's mobile website to get you accurate and down-to-the-minute forecasts.

What it does not do
- No real time weather alerts when not open (You need to open the app to see the weather)
NOTE: This is not a feature rich weather app. This is just an Android wrapper for darksky.net so this app is not for you if you need a weather app with real time alerts and other advanced features.
Why use this?
DarkSky's android app requires pro subscription to get minute to minute precipitation forecasts whereas the web version gives that for free. Also, their app is a bit large and may run in the background at-least with the pro version. The web version is not a PWA so checking weather in the web version always involves opening browser tab and then typing in the URL. So I made this wrapper to solve those issues. Use it if that fits your requirement.
Why not to use this?
- No real time weather alerts when in the background
- DarkSky's android app is official and definitely has many features that are not in the scope of this app
