Web uses Bluetooth Low Energy, this is the latest and most efficient version of Bluetooth yet. What this means is we can run Bluetooth in the background with very minimal impact on battery life.
The idea of Web is to connect you with new people you might have otherwise missed.
So it's a simple new chat app to connect with people you cross paths with and stay in touch via messaging
