BMI – Body Mass Index is a measure for human body shape based on an individual's weight and height. The BMI does not actually measure the percentage of body fat.
Ideal weight range is based on weight and height.
TDEE – Total Daily Energy Expenditure is the total number of calories that your body expends in 24 hours, including all activities. TDEE is also known as your "maintenance level". TDEE gives you calories demanded by your body to maintain the current weight.
