Simple Weight Diary Plus is an application that allows managing the weight, waist size and more.
This program with a lot of futures will help you keep track of your weight and body measures.
Every day, enter just your weight and waist size and measure your progress with just one touch.
Weight Manager even helps you reminding to track your weight by sending reminders (customizable in the settings tab)

In this version, you can also choose the melody reminder, add a comment, and save your photos.
