WELLEVO wellbeing app is meant for tracking and improving personal well-being and health. App guides you towards healthy living habits taking into account nutrition, excercise, daily activity, sleep, hydration, energy balance and mood. Immediate feedback is provided with simple color coding (green vs red) that helps to easily recognize correct behavior and areas of improvement. All parameters are summed to WELLEVO index between 0-100 that represents your overall state as a single number within the last week.

App guides for example following parameters:
- Proper meal sizes and daily total nutrition.
- Correct ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat.
- Vitamins and minerals.
- Sugar and salt.
- Sufficient hydration.
- Sufficient rest.
- Daily exercises (aerobic and muscular).
- Daily activity.
- Energy balance (excercise, nutrition, metabolism and activity).
- Weight and BMI.
- Alcohol and smoking.

Additional features:
- You can invite friends to your group and follow their WELLEVO index and excercises.
- Send message, photos and videos.
- App send you tips and material for improving your well-being.
- Reminders for sufficient water, exercise, sleep and nutrition.

You only need to give your weight, age, height and gender, and the app calculates all your personal recommendations, estimates the state of your body and follows your progress. All parameters are tailored personally to users.
