2. Previous--> If seller receives a request twice for the same product he/she can reply with the already previous quoted prize or if the price got low for that product he can reply with the new lowest price.

Whatsprice don’t have any transaction policy as of now but soon it will be made available, it connects customers to shops and once the customers gets the best price they can go and pick their choice of product from the local store or the Seller can also arrange home delivery.
