FAQ-
1- How can i suggest new dustbins/toilets?
Ans- (i) Please go to menu bar,There is 'suggest' option,click on it.
(ii) After clicking on it you will see (+) sign on right corner bottom side.
(iii) Then you need to adjust the pointer to make sure its the exact location, then select the coordinates for the
respective dustbins/toilets.
(iv)After it you need to take image of particular dustbin/toilet.There are two options available,either you can
take picture from gallery or by using camera.
2- Can I delete the same dustbin/toilet which has been suggested by me?
Ans- NO. But after few minutes respective dustbin/toilet will be uploaded to the map.There is comment section for
each dustbin/toilet.You can comment on those. Admin will do the rest of its work.
3- Can I ask for new dustbin/toilet to be installed in the polluted area?
Ans- YES. Procedure is the same as while suggesting dustbins/toilets, but instead of dustbin/toilet images put the
polluted area images. So that it will be easier to install right shape and size of dustbin/toilets.
4-What not to do?
Ans- Do not suggest dustbin/toilets in volatile environment such as construction areas,sewage planning,work on
progress.
