Solutions:
Take your MIUI mobile
Go to Security
Security >> Permissions
Permission >> Auto-Start Management
Auto Start Management >> Add Auto Start >> Allow (w-Organizer)
Asus (Not moving data automatically)
Launch Auto-start manager, select W-organizer apps that you allow from auto-start, and then change their status from "Deny" to "Allow" .
