This application allows you to easily log your workout routines and keep track of exercise history. Workout Log Basic allows you to create routines, sections (days of week, videos, body parts, etc.), and exercises, all while tracking exercise progression (never do less than you did last time!). Workout Log Basic is great for tracking weight training, cardio training, video series, and more! The application provides a simple, flexible interface so you can organize information the way you see fit. A sample profile is provided so you can get started quickly!
