We fixed a bug where the videos could no longer be played.
Beside that we made some improvements to our app:
- use a progress bar in the exercise view to see how far you are with the current training.
- see which trainings set is for which trainings device.
- see exactly how many trainings you have finished and how many weeks you have trained in a row.

About WorkXstation Android App
NOHrD-Trainingsapp was developed out of scientific principles. The different workouts improve coordination, agility, strength ability, endurance, etc. It offers the possibility to train in the field of healthy sports and it helps to prevent everyday complaints to be resilient and to reduce health risks. It is also possible to improve the level of performance with the intense workouts. Through the daily work with the devices of NOHrD for over 5 years we have huge experience that we have included in the training set to ensure the sustainability and provide a versatile workout.
WorkXstation
The WorkXstation is our own sports equipment developed together with the company NOHrD. It combines many possibilities of other devices in a stylish and elegantly designed training dream.
With this app you can train in one of our WorkXstations or at home. The next training session can also be booked in any WorkXstation.
Functionality App
The tachometer (in different colors) indicates the difficulty of the training set. Blue corresponds to the lightest intensity, red the medium intensity and black the highest intensity.
Once you have decided on a training set, the set-up menu appears and all the exercises are listed in the form of a video. The athlete's best to start with the first video and trained sequentially through to the last video. Among the videos are the reps. The stopwatch time is displayed in seconds and rowing a distance is given in meters. On the right side there is a small arrow. If you click the arrow you enter a separate menu where the execution of the exercise will be explained in detail.
