Our program is a year long and divided into a 3 month intensive where we work with you weekly exploring nutrition, exercise, stress, time issues, and any other challenges, and then see you monthly for an entire year.

We average 20-35 pounds lost in the first 12 weeks yet our focus is keeping it off long term. We provide a home monitoring body composition scale, an activity monitor, and a specialized App to record food intake and activity levels.
