WTPC is a user friendly system, easy to use solution that offers direct online submission of require support ticket within your organization and real-time monitoring, available to mobile devices and Web. Based on our experience of implementing large scale projects, an effective and efficient help support, can contributes significantly to the success of project, either implemented on a national or international scale. A problem ticket will be raised for each problem reported to WTPC, and the problem ticket is then generated and tracked until the problem is fully resolved.
