About WU for WM Android App
This app will allow you to automatically get extended data from the Weather Underground and make it available to any Watchmaker face. In addition to the data that is normally available through Watchmaker, this app gives you access to more current conditions and forecast details. It can also get you astronomy data (such as moonrise and moonset times) and tide data.
You must have the Watchmaker app (available on Google Play) installed for this to work!
You will need an API key from the Weather Underground. Just go to wunderground.com, click on "More", and select "Weather API for Developers". Fill out the form to request a key and select the minimum options to get a free one. It will just take a few minutes.
Please consider paying for a Weather Underground premium membership as a way of supporting the site. There is no obligation, but by using this app you are going to be using their services all the time. It only seems fair to give something back.
The Orbital Weather for Watchmaker face (available on Google Play) has built-in support for WU for WM.
