Visit Saint-Quentin under German occupation during the First World War following Léopold and Anelie as their destinies unexpectedly cross.
Léopold is French and both his sons are at the front. He has taken on the family hat shop business and he lives in Saint-Quentin under German occupation.
Anelie is a German nurse caring for the wounded in Saint-Quentin between 1915 and 1917.
Although nothing in their lives suggested that they would ever meet, the two become friends, despite the war between their 2 countries.
This application reveals hitherto unpublished documents and takes you on a multimedia tour of Saint-Quentin with photos and audio reconstructions.
