X-Igent Panic Button adalah aplikasi tombol panik yang dapat mengirimkan informasi darurat kepada kerabat terdekat Anda secara cepat dan tepat. Jika Anda berada di kota Bandung, pesan darurat juga akan diteruskan ke Bandung Command Center (kerjasama dengan Pemkot Bandung dan Telkom Indonesia).
X-Igent memberikan 2 metode pengiriman kepada kerabat terdekat, lewat Push Notification (Jika kerabat Anda sudah terdaftar di X-Igent) dan lewat SMS* (Jika kerabat belum terdaftar di X-Igent).

Fitur X-Igent Panic Button :
1) Panic Button: Mengirimkan pesan bahwa Anda sedang dalam keadaan darurat beserta posisi aktual Anda kepada Whitelist (Kerabat Terdekat) yang sudah Anda tentukan secara otomatis.

2) Terintegrasi dengan BCC (Bandung Command Center): Jika penekanan Panic Button berada di Kota Bandung, selain ke whitelist, pesan darurat juga akan diteruskan ke Bandung Command Center untuk dapat ditangani lebih lanjut.

3) Homescreen Widget : Panic button dapat ditempatkan pada Homescreen smartphone, sehingga Anda tidak perlu lagi membuka aplikasi untuk dapat melakukan penekanan tombol darurat.

4) Lockscreen Widget : Panic Button dapat ditempatkan pada Lockscreen Smartphone (Android versi 4.1 - 4.4), sehingga memudahkan mengakses tombol panic tanpa perlu membuka lockscreen smartphone.

5) Shortcut Key (Tombol Cepat): Dapat menggunakan Shortcut Key seperti Mi Key ataupun Pressy yang dipasang pada port Audio 3.5mm (port Headset) smartphone (Android 5.0 ke bawah), sebagai trigger Panic Button. Dengan menggunakan shortcut key, akses panic button akan menjadi lebih instan.

6) Penerimaan panggilan telepon secara otomatis (Auto Answer) sebagai bentuk verifikasi kejadian yang dilakukan oleh Whitelist dan Bandung Command Center.

7) Tempat Penting : X-Igent dilengkapi dengan list alamat serta kontak tempat penting yang berada disekitar Anda.

8) History notifikasi panic button yang ditampilkan secara historical.

X-Igent Panic Button is a panic button application that can send emergency information to your closest relatives quickly and accurately. If you are in the city of Bandung, an emergency message will be forwarded to the Command Center Bandung (Bandung in cooperation with the municipal government and Telkom Indonesia).
X-Igent provides two methods of delivery to the closest relatives, via Push Notification (If your relative is already enrolled in the X-Igent) and via SMS * (If relatives have not been registered in the X-Igent).

Features X-Igent Panic Button:
1) Panic Button: Send the message that you are in a state of emergency along with your actual position to the Whitelist (Relatives Nearby) that you have defined automatically.

2) Integrated with BCC (Bandung Command Center): If the emphasis Panic Button in Bandung, in addition to the whitelist, an emergency message will be forwarded to Bandung Command Center to be addressed further.
