This is a demo version of Xenophyte. The communication signal is weak and will only allow a few turns before the signal is lost.

Greetings intelligent entity! The Xenophyte application was developed to aid distant troubled seed worlds. A set of gleaner droids will be at your disposal. The vast distances of space result in turn based interaction with our droids. Use these droids to collect resources, craft items, capture malfunctioning droids, identify species, uncover relics, and identify plants. With your aid many seed worlds could be set on a path to success.

Xenophyte contains rogue-like elements such as random maps, turn based movement, and random real world plants for each seed world. Navigating a gleaner droid is presented like pieces in a board game and involves sneaking around using the environment for cover.

The game does involve real world plants. Real plant attributes are used to identify a plant when enough samples have been gathered. Historic medical uses of these plants also come in useful for aiding a seed world.

Speed runs of a successful game are about 60 minutes. Species data and relics persist between games, find them all.

This app is best viewed at 1280x800. Smaller resolutions do function but the interface may become difficult to read. The minimum resolution for an enjoyable experience is 1024x600; lower resolutions can be used if you are determined.
