Ans. Yes !! you can place an order over phone after selecting the design name or desing number and Keerthi will help you on that.
6. What if i change my mind after ordering a product ?
Ans. It is okay to change your mind, you can just call us or mail us about the cancellation and we will stop the shipment if it is not packed and shipped. If the shipment has been shipped then you have to ship it back to us. The return shipping cost is on the customer, I guess it is lot cheaper than you driving all the way back to the store and return the item and get the refund :) .
7. Can I return or exchange the product ?
Ans. Absolutely Yes! you can exchange the product if there are any size issues or you have received a damaged piece. However you can only exchange the product within 7 days from the delivery. The customer has to ship it back to Yellowkurti and we will inspect the product and after confirming that the tags of the product are intact, we initiate the refund or issue a coupon to the customer.
