After finishing 7 courses in Level 1, you may find that yoga is posing positive effect on your life. It actually takes a lot of discipline to stick to yoga practice. Choosing a designated time and place is a good way. Be consistent, and you will find yourself progressing everyday towards the ultimate aim: being at one with yourself!

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Sun Salutation, Simple Triangle Pose, Tree Pose, Gate Pose, Rabbit Pose, Cat Pose, Waist Rotating Pose, Upward Dog, Locust Pose, Supine Torso Twist, Reverse Helicopter, and Corpse Pose.

Regular yoga practice will change your life in wonderful ways, no matter physically, mentally or emotionally. Believe it or not, yoga makes everything better!
