Also, if you select a free workout and would like to save it into your library, you can now save it and give your workout a new name.

The Your Health & Fitness app is exclusively available to members of Link4Life.
Your Health & Fitness app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. After completing a workout, the results are automatically saved and added to the timeline.
