The client selects the type of service required, describes, takes a photo or records a video of the issue they need to solve. They then fill in the requested date of the service. They are immediately informed how many tradesmen in their area have been contacted. The customer can reply to the offers from tradesmen by directly confirming the most favorable offer or they can ask the supplier via chat to provide additional information. When one of the offers is confirmed, the system reveals mutual contact details. After the service has been provided, the client has the possibility to evaluate the supplier using stars. These evaluations then serve as a reference for the needs of other customers. Each request is active in the system for 20 working days or until it is closed by the customer.

yuVe is an innovative service, fully functional via smartphones with internet access. One of its progressive features is the intelligent locator which reveals to the customer only the types of services sufficiently covered by suppliers in their area.
