Through the App you can acquire and redeem loyalty points in distinct brands in a simple, easy and accessible way. To acquire, you just need to take a picture of the payment receipt or read its QR Code and we do the rest. To redeem your benefits, you just need to inform your CPF (personal ID in Brazil) and the confirmation code that you receive through SMS.
With Zelum you no longer need to carry physical cards and stamps. Everything is accessed through your mobile phone, so you have all you need to enjoy your loyalty plans wherever you are. And that’s just the beginning. Our goal is to make the retailers’ job easier while promoting benefits for you. What we mean is that we have lots of amazing news coming ahead.
