Add notes, photos and digital signatures to delivery tickets to build a good chain of custody throughout the delivery process. Drivers can update dispatch operators and customers through autonomous SMS text messaging and email notifications during each step in the delivery process, including but not limited to: driver accepted ticket, driver started, driver arrived, driver completed delivery and driver failed delivery.
All of the activity through the driver’s app is managed through an intelligent backend dispatch software that is available to your delivery companies staff who can view analytics, track drivers and deliveries through a dashboard map and so much more.
