Largo ha sido el recorrido hasta llegar hasta donde estamos. Desde octubre del año 2000, hemos trabajado duro para conseguir el restaurante que hoy en día le presentamos. Empezando nuestro rodaje, con un pequeño local en el cual sólo hacíamos una excelente cocina en miniatura (pinchos solamente, de ahí el nombre de Zurito), luego ampliando, para hacer una salita con diez mesas, para ir captando clientela, hasta hoy en día para terminar con un restaurante con capacidad para 130 comensales.

Nos hemos enfocado mucho a la empresa, ya que tenemos el complejo de "La Finca" a nuestras espaldas; para sus reuniones de empresa, ofreciendo todos los servicios que necesiten internet, pantalla de plasma...) y todo ello en comodísimos reservados para total intimidad. Long was the way to get where we are. Since October 2000, we have worked hard to get the restaurant that we present today. Beginning our filming, a small place in which did just fine cuisine in miniature (spikes only, hence the name Zurito), then expanding to make a small room with ten tables, to go attracting clientele until today to finish with a restaurant with 130 seats.

We have focused a lot to the company, because we have the complex "La Finca" behind us; for business meetings, offering all the services they need Internet, plasma screen ...) all in comfy reserved for complete privacy.
