About Altitudo - Altimeter Android App
Altitudo is your personal assistant for hiking, mountaineering, climbing, travelling, running or any other outdoor activity.
Altitudo displays your current position and altitude using GPS, barometric pressure using your phone's barometer sensor, and current temperature downloaded from the nearest weather station via the internet.
Altitudo notifies you when you might soon face a bad weather situation by continuously monitoring the air pressure and detecting a significant drop in air pressure.
Altitudo notifies you when you facing a high UV index and suggests you to protect yourself from heavy sun.
Altitudo notifies you about the sunset.
Altitudo's carefully selected features are combined with beautiful changing background images. Want even more variety in your images? Just take your own picture and add it to the app's wallpapers.
You want to share your current coordinates and altitude with your friends? No problem! Altitudo allows you to send this information to other apps, by email or by MMS.
