It's 2 apps in 1 - a light meter to measure the brightness of the ambient light, and an inbuilt flashlight with one-touch operation.

NOTE - The light meter is dependent on your phone's hardware light sensor, which is usually located on the front of the phone, just above the screen. Point this light sensor towards the source of light for best brightness readings.
