MeshUp is a one of its kind mobile and web platform with the single goal of creating thriving local communities in India. It is an ideal place for residents, freelancers, formal and informal businesses, politicians and NGOs to engage, collaborate and feel empowered.

Think about this. We all use Facebook to keep us connected to our friends and family. We rely on Twitter to follow people and topics that interest us. And we depend on LinkedIn to manage our professional connections. But we feel something is missing. What about our communities, the places where we stay most of our time, our neighbourhoods?

MeshUp is India's leading Social Network for Neighbourhoods. MeshUp sits at the intersection of two important trends: social and local. People living in metros due to their busy lifestyles are unable to fraternize with their neighbours and hence get left out on the happenings in their backyards.

MeshUp is a young technology startup based in Mumbai. It has active communities in following areas:

3. Harbour Suburbs: Chembur, Govandi, Mankhurd, Trombay

MeshUp is Founded by a team of BITS Pilani and Morgan Stanley Alumni. Our team comprises of management trainees from IIM Lucknow, IIT Bombay, IIT Varanasi and interns from NIT Rourkela, Delhi University and Mumbai University.
