Mit MobileTV von der Telekom haben Sie beste TV-Unterhaltung jederzeit auf Ihrem Android-Smartphone und Tablet. MobileTV bietet Ihnen eine breite Auswahl an Kanälen an:
• Basis-Paket mit über 25 TV-Sendern, darunter Das Erste, ZDF, RTL, VOX, SAT.1, ProSieben, Kabel eins, N24, Eurosport
• Vorschau-Funktion im Basis-Paket: Testen Sie kostenlos den gewünschten Kanal, bevor Sie das Paket buchen!
• Sky Fußball-Bundesliga-Paket mit der Live-Übertragung aller Spiele und Konferenzen der Fußball-Bundesliga und 2. Bundesliga sowie Videohighlights und Zusammenfassungen der Spiele
• BVB total!-Paket oder HSV total!-Paket: News, Talk und Entertainment rund um Borussia Dortmund oder den Hamburger SV

Voraussetzung für die Nutzung von MobileTV:
• Mobilfunkvertrag mit der Telekom Deutschland GmbH
• Original-Android OS 4.1 oder höher für Smartphone oder Tablet. CyanogenMods oder Geräte, die mit Root-Tools modifiziert wurden, werden nicht unterstützt.
• UMTS/LTE-Netzversorgung oder WLAN-Zugang (für das Basis-Paket ist der WLAN-Zugang im Inland nur im Telekom-Netz möglich)

Die App benötigt die folgenden Zugriffe:
• Telefon, damit Sie sich nur mit Ihrer Rufnummer und ohne Login authentifizieren können
• Kalender, damit Sie sich Erinnerungen für Ihre Lieblingssendungen einrichten können

Für Verbraucher mit ständigem Wohnsitz in Deutschland ist MobileTV auch bei einem vorübergehenden Aufenthalt in einem anderen EU- Mitgliedstaat nutzbar. Aus rechtlichen Gründen dürfen die Inhalte von MobileTV nicht über das Smartphone oder Tablet über Airplay, HDMI- oder andere Verbindungsvarianten an einem Monitor genutzt werden.

Um die Kanäle anschauen zu können, buchen Sie in der App eines der angebotenen Pakete. Für die Nutzung fallen folgende Preise an:
• Basis-Paket 7,50 € im Monats-Abo oder 2,00 € Tageszugang
• Sky Fußball-Bundesliga-Paket im 3-Monats-Abo für 9,95€/monatlich oder 12,95 € im Monats-Abo
• BVB total!-Paket 4,95€ im Monats-Abo
• HSV total!-Paket 4,95€ im Monats-Abo

Die TV-Kanäle werden in SD ausgestrahlt. Für die Übertragung der TV-Kanäle/Videos über das Mobilfunknetz entstehen keine Kosten für den Datentransport.

Leistungseinschränkung durch Bandbreitenbeschränkung nach Verbrauch des Inklusiv-Volumens: Sofern das im jeweiligen Tarif vereinbarte Inklusivvolumen durch anderweitige Datennutzung als durch MobileTV Streaming verbraucht und die Bandbreite auf max. 64 kbit/s im Download und 16 kbit/s im Upload beschränkt wurde, gilt die Bandbreitenbeschränkung auch für die Zubuchoption „MobileTV“. Nach einer Beschränkung der Bandbreite ist ein Streaming von MobileTV-Inhalten (TV und Videos) im Mobilfunknetz nicht mehr oder nur noch mit erheblichen Einschränkungen möglich.

Wird das Sky Fußball-Bundesliga-Paket (drei Monate Mindestvertragslaufzeit, 9,95 €) nicht zum Ende des jeweils dritten Monats der Mindestvertragslaufzeit mit einem Monat Kündigungsfrist gekündigt, verlängert sich die Laufzeit automatisch um weitere drei Monate. Soweit die übrigen MobileTV Pakete nicht zum Ablauf des Monats gekündigt werden, verlängert sich die Laufzeit automatisch um jeweils einen Kalendermonat. Mit Beendigung des zu Grunde liegenden Telekom Mobilfunk-Vertrages endet auch das Vertragsverhältnis über die Option.

Wichtig: Wenn Sie die App löschen, werden Ihre Abos nicht automatisch storniert. Bitte beenden Sie daher vorher Ihre Abos in der App oder über die Kundenhotline 22 02.

Die Telekom Deutschland behält sich vor, die im Rahmen von MobileTV angebotenen Programme zu verändern.

Hinweise: Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie über diesen Dienst, abhängig von Sender und Tageszeit, auch Inhalte der Alterseinstufung ab 16 Jahre anschauen bzw. abrufen können.

Für die Dienstenutzung müssen Sie für die MobileTV Anwendung unter Umständen noch die Übermittlung Ihrer Rufnummer in den Datenschutzeinstellungen Ihres Mobilfunkvertrages zulassen. A prerequisite for use of mobile TV:
• mobile phone contract with Telekom Germany GmbH
• Original Android OS 4.1 or higher for smartphone or tablet. CyanogenMod or devices that have been modified with root tools are not supported.
• UMTS / LTE network coverage or Wi-Fi access (for the basic package of WiFi access at home only in the telecom network is possible)

The app requires the following requests:
• phone so that you can authenticate with your phone number and without login
• calendar so you can set up reminders for your favorite shows

For consumers with permanent residence in Germany Mobile TV is available even during a temporary stay in another EU Member State. For legal reasons, the content of mobile TV may not be used on the smartphone or tablet via Airplay, HDMI or other connection options on a monitor.

To view the channels, book in the app one of the packages offered. The following prices are incurred for the use of:

The TV channels are broadcast in SD. no costs for data transport as a result of the transmission of TV channels / video over the mobile network.

Power limited by bandwidth limitation on usage of the inclusive volume: If the agreed in the respective tariff free data by other data usage as consumed by mobile TV streaming and bandwidth to max. 64 kbit / s download and upload s has been restricted in 16 kbit / bandwidth limitation also applies to the add-on option "Mobile TV".
